  How can we assist you?

Law Enforcement

  • Computer Network Investigation and Forensic Analysis

We can assist you in all aspects of your computer crime investigation

Our forensic and investigation staff have years of forensic and investigation experience and are continually active among national and international law enforcement and network security circles sharing their expertise and helping establish all kinds of standards in the venues of computer forensics and security.

In the past decade alone, our forensic examiners have worked on numerous cases, including many high-profile cases, and the volume of data acquired and analyzed is spoken of conservatively in terms of terabytes. Many cases investigated have been national, including working with a variety of law enforcement agencies from local and state departments in at least 20 states to assisting the FBI, the United States Secret Service, and the United States Customs office.

  • Law Enforcement Training and Educational Programs

Our founders and members of our training staff have trained well over 20,000 law enforcement officers in over 25 states, including but not limited to private, local, federal, state, and university law enforcement personnel. Many of those trained have gone on to teach in training programs themselves.

In our training we focus on highly technical issues some of which involve the proper examination of computer related evidence, handling and preservation of evidence, investigation techniques, identification and elimination of computer security risks, best practice methodologies in using computer technology, and much more... In all our training and educational programs, we reconcile technology with the highest standards of law enforcement where applicable.

We believe in all kinds of training and certification programs. However, technology evolves far too quickly, and the methods of those who seek to exploit technology change just as fast. So our trainers not only train within and outside certification programs, all our trainers are encouraged to both receive training and network with other professionals continually to stay current with all the issues changing technology brings to the industry. In this way our trainers stay among the sharpest skilled personnel in the entire fields of computer forensics and computer security.

  • Computer Technology Implementation and Analysis

We can assist you in the establishment of secure computer systems and networks as well as in the investigation and analysis of all kinds of suspicious computer technology.

Our technical staff are highly experienced personnel in all areas of computer technology. Our staff has extensive experience setting up and securing all kinds of computer and computer networking technologies, including but not limited to simple desktop systems, advanced server and network device clustering solutions, firewalls, networking infrastructure, and intrusion detection systems. They have over two decades of experience assisting in the investigation, diagnosis, analysis, resolution, and prevention of all kinds of computer and networking threats, ranging from virii, worms, trojan programs, customized malicious applications, to highly sophisticated intrusion and information smuggling technologies and techniques. With the assistance of our private lab, we strive to remain on the cutting edge of technology for the benefit of being prepared for whatever law enforcement may face in the form of computer technological challenges.

  • Computer Expert Evidence Testimony

Use our expertise to assist and strengthen your case.

Members of our staff are considered to be among the top computer forensic and network security professionals in the United States. We are constantly working both toward advancing law enforcement's capability to effectively investigate and prosecute computer criminal activity, and remaining highly instrumental in the development and implementation of high standards within the computer forensic and computer security industries. Many of our staff members have extensive court testimony experience and have assisted in many high profile cases that, as a result of discoveries made, have helped lead the suspects to convictions.

School Systems

Our staff and founders are very active with school systems, and serve their local communities, participating on school advisory boards and speaking to students and teachers in classrooms and school assemblies on matters of using computer technology and the Internet safely and efficiently.

We will support and work with all school systems with the purpose to help everyone thoroughly understand the benefits and risks in using any computer technology, including the Internet. Many of the ways in which we can assist include developing and providing computer and Internet safety curricula, engaging students and faculty with enlightening talks about computer and Internet safety, helping schools develop and implement computer and Internet safety and educational programs for students, and much more..

We are also dedicated to helping schools remain a place where students can feel safe and secure, where they can be free from fear to learn. To accomplish this, we have developed a number of educational talks and a highly effective free public service solely for the benefit of schools called

The School Violence Watch Network (SVWN).

The School Violence Watch Network is a comprehensive web based communication system and information exchange repository that was created to enable school administrators, teachers and law enforcement officials to anonymously interact with the goal to quickly and efficiently deal with threats and rumors of violence, bullying, or drug abuse occurring within schools.

For the students, we have created Students Who Care (SWC)

Students Who Care is a service that is an extension of the School Violence Watch Network, enabling any school to empower their students in the proactive mission to prevent both school violence and improper conduct on school grounds. Using the Students Who Care system, students are enabled to anonymously and securely report rumors or threats of violence, or improper conduct, they are aware of to officials and concerned administrators within their own school system or community.

General Public

We believe that the most effective weapons in the fight against computer crimes and threats are individuals, organizations, and local communities who both understand and are able to effectively respond to the issues. For this reason, we are continually at work developing all kinds of programs, educational talks, and technologies that are beneficial for everyone.

One such technology our founders created is the free public service that, with the incredible and overwhelming support from the general public, has made a tremendous impact on the occurence of crimes on the Internet, reaching all across the country (and the world).

This service is called Cybersnitch.

As it stands today, Cybersnitch is The World's Leading Computer Crime Reporting System. Since its implementation in 1997, this free service for the public and law enforcement has made a tremendous impact on how computer crimes are investigated, by first, creating a worldwide network of law enforcement officers and organizations capable of investigating computer crime, and placing everyday citizens directly in touch with this network. As a result, both the speed and efficiency of law enforcement investigations are significantly improved, allowing for the investigation of reported crimes to begin almost instantaneously relative to the time of a reported incident.

We also develop training and educational programs that are both easy to understand, and focus on strategies explaining how to use computer technology safely, including steps everyone can take to become less "at risk". Additionally, we often customize programs in many formats to fit the needs of a particular audience.
